Social Sport

Practising sports is great to help your physical wellbeing but it is also a fabulous way to help your mental wellbeing for several reasons such as personal fulfilment or feeling part of a community.

At the University of Lincoln we are fully committed to supporting you in this matter so at present we are running different activities like Social Badminton, Social Football and the Virtual Running Club. All colleagues are welcome to join these clubs for free!
