Career Pathways

The Career Pathways online development tool is now available for Professional Services staff to use.

The tool works with staff enrolling onto the programme, by grade, and working through the suggested development at their level.

Career Pathways works off campus using single sign on, in addition to the signposted opportunities that don’t involve face to face interactions, so it’s a great way for you to continue your development in the current environment. This can also be really beneficial to mental wellbeing and motivation during these difficult times.

We hope that this holistic approach will enable you to develop the key transferable skills and prepare you for career progression when the opportunities arise.

We must be clear that career pathways does not increase the number of opportunities, but enhances the chances of success through improved succession planning processes, and constructive development conversations. More detailed information is available on the Career Pathways web page and throughout the development tool.
